PRISM for Philosophy Majors organizes a number of activities especially for philosophy majors, including brown-bag lunches with philosophy professors and special workshops for philosophy majors, including workshops targeted at undergraduates interested in applying to graduate programs in philosophy.

Meeting for Prospective Graduate School Applicants

If you are considering applying to philosophy graduate school, please attend this meeting.  This is not only for people applying this year; we encourage people to plan ahead for their applications. Several philosophy faculty will be on hand to provide valuable advice.  Snacks will be provided.

New Faculty Forum

Thursday, November 10, 6 PM, Stuart 216

Come and meet the department's new faculty members!  Ben Laurence, Marko Malink, Anat Schechtman, and Anubav Vasudevan will discuss their paths to the U of C, their research interests, and their upcoming courses.  Snacks will be provided.
